Jason Nowosad

With more than 20 years of experience shaping award-winning projects, Jason brings design leadership, strategic thinking and hands-on expertise to NOD. His work spans architecture, urban design and interiors, with a focus on creating connected, considered and enduring places. He has extensive experience across all stages of a project, from concept and design through to documentation and delivery, bringing a considered and rigorous approach to every stage. Jason is also highly experienced in presenting projects to senior design review panels and approval authorities, confidently communicating design intent, strategic rationale and project outcomes to key stakeholders and decision-makers.

Virginia Junquera

With broad experience across architecture, interiors and commercial design, Virginia brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to NOD. Her experience across leading Australian practices has shaped a strong understanding of design, sustainability and the relationship between people and place. She brings curiosity, creativity and rigour from early ideas through to delivery.

With more than 15 years of experience in architecture, Mauricio brings an international perspective shaped by his Chilean background and extensive experience in Sydney. His work combines thoughtful design, technical expertise and a strong understanding of context, with a focus on creating functional and enduring places.

Stefano Umana

With experience across architecture, urban design and interiors, Stefano brings an international perspective shaped by practice in Australia, Italy and India. With a background in architecture, environment and landscape, his work combines design thinking, technical expertise and a strong ability to translate concepts into 3D form through architectural illustration and visual communication.
